Schleswig

Welcoming our visitors to Schleswig is a lovely flower garden along with three flagpoles and flags flying year-round (the United States Flag, the American Legion Flag and the VFW Flag). On Memorial Day weekend and the Fourth of July, the local cemetery displays 80+ flags in what is called the Avenue of Flags. Schleswig also offers a beautiful golf course, a swimming pool and several city parks, one of which consists of a walking/biking path and a gazebo.  Our largest park features the swimming pool, a gazebo, camping facilities, an enclosed shelter house that is rented out and new playground equipment.
