Celebrate Oktoberfest traditions in true German style at Des Moines’ 20th Annual Oktoberfest in beautiful Water Works Park. You bring the dirndl and lederhosen, we’ll supply the Bavarian beers, ‘kraut and everything you need to get into the spirit. Get ready to prost the day away, 'cause you're gonna wanna try all the German beers, eat all the pretzels and experience all the fun of our traditional competitions, live music and games.
DAY 1: Friday, Sept. 27 from 3 p.m.-Midnight
DAY 2: Saturday, Sept. 28 from 12 p.m.-Midnight
Tickets include admission for both days, a commemorative Oktoberfest pint glass (while supplies last), and free parking. Tickets are currently on sale at eventbrite. Advance admission: $20 Advance admission with 20th limited edition stein: $40 Day of admission: $30, September 27-28 Amazing entertainment this year to include the Minneapolis-based polka band Polka-Zeit and the Rathbones.
