Glow Wild

Hosted by Polk County Conservation and Cumulus Media, this family-friendly event lets you explore and embrace nature. Take a prairie hike. Sort, clean and learn about native flower seeds. Meet bugs and birds up close. Indulge in a s'more. Dance by the bonfire. Glow Wild is held at the Jester Park Nature Center in Granger, Iowa right outside of the Des Moines metro area. This year, we are celebrating National Public Lands Day along with welcoming local Iowa bands and singer-songwriters to the stage for an evening full of entertainment.
