Sound Bath Yoga with Gray Lane Yoga and the HM Orchestra

Description: We are joining Gray Lane Yoga of Waterloo to offer a unique healing experience of Glass Gong/Marimba Sound Bath YOGA. Class will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Schoitz Room of the WCA. Also offered at the WCA is a viewing of "A Muppets Christmas Carol" in the Theatre at 11 a.m., and Santa Claus will be present from 11a.m.-2p.m. The HM Orchestra will perform at 7:00 p.m. that evening, there will be a cash bar and holiday treats for all! This event is free with a suggested freewill donation. HM is a 501(c)3 organization.
