Spook the Loop

Join local businesses to “Spook The Loop” and trick or treat around the square! Jefferson Parks & Recreation will kick off the night with a Halloween Party followed by trick or treating and performances at the Jefferson Public Library. End the night with the middle school and high school band concert!
