Ashton

Established in 1882, Ashton is located just off Highway 60 between Sibley and Sheldon. Stop here for a bite to eat at Charlie's, visit the Osceola County Freedom Rock and The DeBoer Grocery Museum and enjoy Ashton Wayside Park which has a fishing lake, shelter house, modern restrooms and playground equipment. Also in the area is the Ashton Pits Wildlife Management Area, which has waterfowl and upland game hunting plus fishing for large mouth bass and sunfish.
