Come to Dyersville to see the world-famous Field of Dreams Movie Site (now offering house tours and overnight stays), and discover even more baseball fun at the new If You Build It Exhibit and the Baseball Hall of Dreams. Dive into area history with a visit to the Dyer-Botsford Doll Museum with thousands of dolls on display, the Plaza Antique Mall with 200+ dealers and the National Farm Toy Museum. Also be sure to check out the Basilica of St. Francis Xavier, which is one of only two basilicas in Iowa.

Outdoor Adventures & Exciting Eateries
Hop on your bike or put on your walking shoes to explore the 26-mile Heritage Trail, which is recognized as one of the upper Midwest's most scenic trails. The route takes riders/walkers through old mining and mill towns throughout Dubuque County at a gentle grade that's perfect for all skill levels and abilities. 

Once the sun goes down, head to Fuse, The Palace Saloon Bar & Grill or Chad's Pizza and Restaurant to refuel with a tasty meal. End the night sipping Iowa flavors at O So Good Winery or Textile Brewing Company.
