Griswold

Located near the East Nishnabotna River in the southwest corner of Cass County, the city of Griswold is home to the Cass County Historical Museum. The museum is exceptionally well-curated, with displays highlighting all of the communities in the county. There are also many items of military history, as well as artifacts showing the area's Native American history. Of particular note is the collection of built-to-scale miniature replications of barns and buildings of local interest, all contributed by Wayne Kirchhoff, the man who built them.
