Honey Creek

Honey Creek was founded in the 1860s when the Chicago and Northwestern Railroads extended that far.  Residents named this town after the nearby creek. Today, this thriving community has Honey Creek Creamery, Doe’s and Divas Dairy making goat cheese and other products, and Hitchcock Nature Center, a Pottawattamie County Park.
