Ossian

Ossian, population of 850, is community full of character. Located on the south end of Winneshiek County, Ossian is the home to many small businesses, community volunteers and leaders that keep the community growing. The Ossian area offers a range of recreational opportunities including fishing on stocked trout streams, kayaking/canoeing on the nearby Upper Iowa and Turkey Rivers and hunting. Silver Springs Golf Course is located just outside of town.
