Visit the Riverside History Center – Voyage Home Museum, the self-proclaimed future birthplace of Captain James T. Kirk (March 22, 2228), leading character in the popular television show Star Trek. Former council member Steve Miller obtained Star Trek creation Gene Roddenbury’s permission to make Riverside Kirk’s birthplace.

The Annual TREKFEST celebration is held the last week-end in June. Browse the various Star Trek exhibits and the history of Riverside. Stop for lunch or visit the nearby Riverside Casino and Golf Resort.
