Located along the Rock River, recreation is a huge asset of the city of Rock Valley. The Rock Valley Trail network runs throughout town and along the river, and connects to the popular Rivers Bend Campground. The trails are maintained year-round.
Before or after you hit the trails, be sure to grab a hot or cold beverage and a tasty baked treat at Oh So Good Bakery.

In addition to trails, the Rock Valley public swimming pool is a hub in summertime. Visit Rivers Bend Campground for camping, fishing, hiking, bicycling, and canoeing fun.
Head to Rooted Plant + Coffee Shop for its popular bottled lattes or other coffee and tea drinks. If you’re in search for a tasty meal Cedar Rock Grill will delight with its wide range of appetizers, skillets and seafood, steak or burgers. Las Penas, also located in downtown Rock Valley, is open daily for lunch and supper.

Rally in the Valley is the city's yearly celebration held during the second weekend of August. During the holidays, be sure to visit to see the Rivers Bend Campground transformed into a winter wonderland.
