Black Horse Inn
The Black Horse Inn was built in 1856 and is one of four remaining pre-Civil War hotels in the State of Iowa. Located in Mississippi River bluff country and listed on the National Register of Historic Places the inn is also a Partner Site to the Silos and Smokestacks National Heritage Area. Rated as a preferred property on Trip Advisor and Excellent on booking.com. For special events (birthdays, reunions, anniversaries, weddings) we also provide for "whole house rentals" and assist with catering. Located nine miles north of Dubuque.
