Carrollton Heritage Park

Established in 1856, Carrollton was the first county seat of Carroll County. See maps and pictures of the town through history and a late 1800s windmill. Picnic table and benches available for use. At the old Carrollton school site, a bell tower has been erected, benches, and information signs. The school steps are refurbished. A history and picture album will be at the site by Memorial Day 2021. Come and learn about Carrollton.
