Crapo Park and Arboretum

Crapo Park, the site where Lt. Zebulon Pike first planted the American flag on what would become Iowa soil, features shelter houses, horseshoe pits, historic Curly-Q slide, walking trails, public art, bandshell, the Hawkeye Log Cabin and beautiful gardens.
