Dickson Timber Forest Preserve - Carroll County Conservation

Dickson Timber is 155 acres of rolling oak and hickory forest. Facilities include a stone shelter, campsites and primitive restrooms. Hiking trails wind through the forest for hunters and horseback riders. Twelve regular campsites and eight equestrian campsites are available with corrals available for horses. Dickson Timber Shelter House The stone shelter house is located near the campground and is available by rent or first come, first serve basis if it has not already been reserved.
