Ditmars Orchard

Walk amongst orchards, enjoy a glass of wine, snack on apple cider doughnuts and watch the kids play in bumper balls or at the playground at Ditmars Orchard. What started as a family project in 1994 is now one of the largest orchards in Iowa. The property features apples, pumpkins, strawberries, apricots, peaches and cherries. They also carry a wide selection of native Iowa wines that can be purchased by the bottle or by the glass with events throughout the growing season. A cafe is onsite with items like pulled pork sandwiches, nacho taters and pizza.
