Elk Horn Creek Recreation Area

Multiple use area with groomed trails and unique wildlife. The upper picnic area contains what is believed to be the original site of the pioneer village of Elk Horn. Many building foundation blocks remain to mark the site. Seven electrical sites, primitive camping, picnic sites, ADA-accessible pit and flush toilets, picnic shelter and playgrounds. Bow hunting only site. No firearms are permitted with park boundaries.
