Foundry Distilling Co. is an experiential distillery in Historic Valley Junction and produces vodka, gin, rum and several whiskeys, including collaborations with local breweries through the Brewer - Distiller Alliance. Tours held Monday through Saturday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.; book on our website. Cocktail lounge open Thursday through Saturday, 4 to 10 p.m. We also offer the innovative Private Barrel Club, where folks will get to work with us on creating their own barrel of Whiskey, Gin, Rum, etc.
