Located in the Council Bluffs Airport and open Wednesdays (5 p.m. - 7 p.m.), Saturdays (9 a.m.-1 p.m.), and by appointment, the museum features three World War II airplanes (P-51D Mustang "Gunfighter II," a Stinson L5, and an Aeronca L3), plus 2,000 military artifacts. Admission is free but donations are welcome.
