Hinterland Dairy Farmstead Cheese

Hinterland Dairy is a small, on-farm cheesemaking facility near beautiful Donnellson, Iowa. Visit our store located in the middle of a pasture on our farm to peek into the cheesemaking window. Try some of our farm fresh cheese and ice cream. Curds, cheddars, Monterey jacks and spreadable quarks are all made with the milk from our own herd.
