The Kossuth County Agriculture and Motorsports museum was established in 2013, to preserve the rich history of agriculture and motorsports in this part of the county. Specific features of the museum include: Race cars that raced on tracks in the area, along with trophies and paraphernalia. Tractors and farm equipment and tools used in the agricultural industry. The tractor used by the late Mark Pearson on the original tractor ride. Original paintings by Russel Sonnenberg, all farm themed. The Benschoter Train Depot, featuring the several operational model trains and unique scenery. Coming soon: Iowa Racing Hall of Fame. Operational racing car simulator. Museum hours are 1:00 Pp.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday, April through December, or by appointment. Admission is $5 per person, 14 yrs. old and up. Different levels of membership are from $25 per year up to $1000.
