Papo's Pumpkin Patch

Papo's Pumpkin Patch Opening September 15th 2023! This new patch will be home to a pumpkin patch, corn maze, activities, farm zoo, farm store and more! Operating Friday-Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. September 15th-October 29th. Tickets $15/person and children 3 & under enter for free.

We are Ben and Molly Van Roekel and we have been working hard for a few years now to bring Papo’s Pumpkin Patch to life! We are so excited to finally make this dream a reality and hope that you enjoy it just as much as we do!

Ben is our farm manager. He focuses on planting and cultivating the crops on the farm throughout the year. Ben is a full-time farmer in Appanoose and Wayne counties growing corn, soybeans, and hay. Check out his YouTube channel, iowANFarmer, as well!

Molly is our business manager and she is the face you will see on the farm all season long! Molly is native to Appanoose County and could not be more excited to bring this kind of attraction to her hometown. Molly works for Indian Hills Upward Bound program as an academic advisor, along with being an Executive Team Member for Centerville Young Professionals.

The patch is lovingly named after Molly’s grandpa, Almerrian Clark, whose family has called him “Papo” for as long as he can remember!
