Pioneer Ridge Nature Area Cabins

Pioneer Ridge Nature Area has four cabins available to rent. The two modern cabins (Bur oak and White Oak) at Pioneer Ridge Nature Area offer guests the opportunity to connect to the natural world with the modern luxuries of home. These amenities include a full kitchen, utensils, basic pots and pans, toaster and coffee pot. They also have full bathrooms complete with shower, toilet and sink. Each cabin sleeps six with a queen bed, two twin beds and a queen size futon. The modern cabins are four-season cabins with geothermal heating and cooling. The two camping cabins (Bluebird and Goldfinch) offer guests a more rustic way to connect to the natural world. It provides some of the modern conveniences of home in a 12' x 16' space with heating, air and sleeping arrangements for five (5). Beds include two sets of bunks. One set has a full size on bottom and twin on top. The other set is a twin/twin. It has a small fridge, microwave, table and chairs. A shower and restroom facility is provided near the shelter house (during summer months). Waterless toilets are available during colder months.
