Quilt Block Walking Tour

Take a tour at your own leisure, learning about each block pattern and experiencing unique shops on the way. Each of the 42 quilt blocks installed in sidewalks throughout the downtown reflect Biblical themes, trades and images from everyday life. Free brochures with pattern descriptions and a map of their location can be picked up at the Kalona Area Chamber of Commerce or at the Kalona Historical Village.
