Fifty acres of rolling green hills and magnificent trees with a breathtaking, panoramic view of the Mississippi River. Features Chief Keokuk statue, flower gardens, hummingbird and eagle sculptures, Keokuk Firefighter Memorial, Blue Star Memorial, Birge Fountain and the Rand Park Pavilion which hosts concerts throughout the summer season.
The award-winning City of Christmas light display is held at the park Thanksgiving night through December 26 each year.
