The Bunk House

This "tiny home" has all the amenities of a travel trailer without having to haul it! Inside this 28-foot by 10-foot "home," there is room for two to sleep on a full size bed along with a set of built in bunk beds (these beds are aimed for use by children). You will also find a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, mini kitchen counter with sink, microwave, medium size refrigerator and freezer and a window air unit. Take a step back in time with the rustic décor that will make you feel as if you were out west. The Bunk House is the perfect place to "saddle-up" for your next stay at Gypsum City! Located on full hook up campsite #22 within Gypsum City OHV Park Campground, the Bunk House offers electricity, water and sewer. Enjoy the scenery overlooking a pond on the deck with a small table and two chairs or venture down to the picnic table and fire ring that is also available on site. There is room to accommodate a vehicle and/or trailer on the west-side up to 30 feet long and on the east-side up to 29 feet long. The Bunk House rents for $75 per night. There is a two day minimum rental on weekends and a three day minimum on Holiday weekends. There is also a two week limit stay between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
