Organic whole foods, cooked from scratch, served fast. We are a vegan/vegetarian restaurant doing globally inspired rice and bean dishes. Rice and beans is a dish that is both universal and particular. There is some version of a rice and bean dish in almost every cuisine around the world, yet each is unique in flavor, texture and presentation. This allows us to produce a wide variety of dishes using simple ingredients. Rice and beans together also form a complete protein, making it a dish that is a staple around the world. We use organic produce, and there are always gluten free options.
