The Mill House

This "tiny home" has all the amenities of a travel trailer without having to haul it! Inside this 21-foot by 7-foot "home," there is room for two to sleep on a full size futon. You will also find a shower and toilet, a mini kitchen with sink, microwave, dorm size refrigerator, bench seating and heat and air conditioning. While enjoying all of these amenities you will be surrounded by the gypsum mining history that occurred prior to the park and is still happening around it! From pictures of mining in the 1950's to tools that were once used for mining long ago, you will be surrounded by our exciting history. Located on full hook up campsite #27 within Gypsum City OHV Park Campground, the Mill House offers electricity, water and sewer. Enjoy the scenery outside on the deck with a small table and two chairs or venture down to the picnic table and fire ring that is also available on site. There is room to accommodate a vehicle and/or trailer on the north-side up to 34 feet long and on the south-side up to 18 feet long. The Mill House rents for $50 per night. There is a two day minimum rental on weekends and a three day minimum on Holiday weekends. There is also a two week limit stay between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
