One of the oldest homes in the Sherman Hill neighborhood, the Wallace House was the residence of Uncle Henry and Nancy Wallace, first editors of Wallaces' Farmer agricultural magazine. Displays include artifacts about Henry and Nancy's grandson, Henry A. Wallace, named the most influential Iowan of the 20th century.
