Video Game Capital of the World at Old School Pinball & Arcade

Back in the early 1980s, an Ottumwa video arcade named Twin Galaxies began keeping official high scores and records for video gaming. The arcade was featured both in Life Magazine and on That's Incredible! Twin Galaxies no longer exists, but Ottumwa is still known as the Video Game Capitol of the World.
