Winneshiek County Development and Tourism, Inc.

Winneshiek County Development has had the pleasure of serving Winneshiek County in Northeast Iowa for over 20 years. Since our creation in 1992, WCDT has had involvement with a number of new business developments, business expansions, and small start-ups, bringing jobs to the Northeast Iowa Region. WCDT helps to write and administer projects on behalf of Winneshiek County. In recent years, WCDT has brought in capital for a number of community development projects. From water/sewer, new roads, trails, downtown facades, city parks and more.
