Grab your cross country skis and explore the winter wonderland on the groomed trails at Chichaqua Bottoms Greenbelt or Big Creek, George Wyth and Pilot Knob State Parks. 

Or strap on your hiking boots and snowshoes to admire Iowa's stunning views from the trails at Backbone, Waubonsie or Ledges State Parks. If you're brave enough, bundle up and hit the regular trails on a fat tire bike, or join events like the Bike Ride to Rippey (BRR).
