Old Creamery Nature Trail
The Old Creamery Nature Trail connects the communities of Vinton, Garrison and Dysart in Benton County in east central Iowa. This former railroad bed meanders through the quiet fields of the upper Midwest on a limestone/rock base. The trail is approximately 15 miles long.
Portions of the trail are completely shaded by mature trees while other areas take you through corn and bean fields along with pasture ground. The trail is perfect for biking, running, walking, bird watching, viewing nature and geocaching.
