I hereby grant permission to Travel Iowa and its agents to reproduce any portion of the photo images found on Instagram.
I will retain ownership rights to the photo images, but grant Travel Iowa and its agents a worldwide non-exclusive, royalty free, fully-paid, perpetual, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, prepare derivative works of, translate, publish, and publicly display the photo images for display on all social media platform accounts, social channels, websites (e.g. traveliowa.com and thisisiowa.com), print publications (e.g. Iowa Travel Guide and This is Iowa Guide), and any other marketing materials (e.g. guides, advertising, displays and videos) of the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) and of the offices existing within or operating out of the IEDA, including Travel Iowa and This is Iowa. Travel Iowa does not guarantee any confidentiality or protection of any photo image against use by third parties.
I represent and warrant that I am the owner or have the necessary licenses, rights, and consents to Travel Iowa and its agents all intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark, and other proprietary rights in and to the photo images.
I acknowledge and agree that this Photo Release will be governed and construed under the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Iowa, without application of its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Photo Release shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Des Moines, Iowa, having jurisdiction. Nothing in this paragraph shall affect Travel Iowa’s ability to seek from a court injunctive or equitable relief at any time.

I (my parent/legal guardian if I am from a State/Province that deems me a minor) have had full opportunity to review this Photo Release. I fully and completely understand all of the terms of this Photo Release and have commented with my permission voluntarily, freely, and knowingly.
